Trimet certified as supplier for shipbuilding

Trimet has been approved as a qualified manufacturer of semi-finished aluminium products for the shipbuilding industry. The DNV certificate, an important standard for industrial goods in the maritime sector, recognizes the company as a reliable material supplier for manufacturers in this transportation industry.

As a global leader in classification for the maritime industry, DNV sets standards for ships and offshore units and conducts related certifications. These rules include safety and reliability regulations as well as environmental protection standards in international waters. The certificate confirms that Trimet's aluminium alloys meet the quality requirements for materials used in shipbuilding.
