Promeos dosing ovens - now available

The experts for intelligent heating systems from promeos proudly present a new member of the promeos furnace product family at the upcoming EUROGUSS trade fair. With immediate effect, promeos is expanding its range to include dosing furnaces for aluminium in three different sizes. These new furnaces are characterised by state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive equipment - all at extremely attractive prices. Thanks to promeos' long-standing technology partnership with Encotherm, a renowned technology company in Turkey, these furnaces can be offered without compromising on performance and equipment: they combine leading thermal process technology, high-quality steel and plant construction and masterful insulation expertise with attractive prices and short production times.

The dosing furnaces are available in various sizes and have a capacity of 500 to 3700 kg and an output of 18 to 72 kW. They are characterised by a remarkable dosing accuracy of 0.1 to 100 kg and are also up to 60 % more energy efficient compared to conventional open solutions with pans and other transport and scooping methods. The high-quality equipment of the ovens includes control components from Siemens and hydraulic components from SMC, which rounds off the overall package.
