From 16-18 January 2024, AGTOS will be presenting cost-effective concepts for the post-processing of castings at Euroguss in Nuremberg.
The surface treatment of complex cast workpieces made of aluminium and magnesium is becoming increasingly demanding. In this context, the reproducibility of the blasting process for mass-produced parts is also important. Visitors will be given an overview of how this is taken into account in the conceptualisation and implemented in a practical manner.
AGTOS has developed special blasting systems for processing lightweight components and aluminium and magnesium die-cast parts. Aluminium is also frequently used as a blasting medium. Find out what experiences have been made here.
The most important issue after investing in a blasting system is the operating costs. The new AGTOS Service APP picks up on digital developments and offers new benefits for customers. It is available for download in the well-known Android and Apple stores.
The AGTOS service technician can provide tips and instructions for maintenance and repairs without travelling and without incurring travel costs. These can be translated simultaneously on request. The service technician sees exactly the same thing as the man on site. This enables him to optimally assess and evaluate the situation. Explanatory documents such as drawings, graphics and photos can be sent at the same time for visualisation purposes. The entire action is documented so that it is digitally available for later (repeat) purposes. Test the possibilities directly on the exhibition stand.
An increase in performance can be achieved with existing blasting machines. Turbines specially developed for this application work more gently. The consumption of abrasive is reduced.
The trade fair team looks forward to making interesting contacts in Hall 9, Stand 9-300.
