The range has been expanded with some components specially designed for die casters. As a reliable basis for precise and high-quality die-casting tools, the range includes pre-drilled F-moulds as well as a large selection of stress-relieved annealed plates and bars and erosion blocks for die-casting tools. Meusburger also offers the matching installation parts, such as the standardised venting insert for die casting tools in three different sizes. Thanks to the ingenious geometry for optimum venting performance and rapid cooling, customers save time and costs in design, production and spare parts procurement.

The standard parts manufacturer also offers flat guides, standard guides and guides for large toolmaking. The end centres and centring flanges are also perfectly matched to die casting. Meusburger's heat protection plates guarantee ideal thermal insulation of the die-casting tools. As a competent partner for die casting moulds, Meusburger offers innovative temperature control solutions as well as steel and stainless steel components especially for die casting to meet the highest demands. The product portfolio also includes ejector pins in various shapes and materials as well as core and contour core pins with a long service life. With an operating temperature of up to 180 °C, the hydraulic cylinders are also suitable for a wide range of die-casting applications.
